Leek radio Was Created By Leek People, For Leek People and local surrounding areas,
We believe in a true community spirit and pledge the dedication that the community we serve, deserves.

The station started in a spare room office and in a little over 6 weeks has grew rapidly. Now we are looking forward to moving into new premises in the heart of Leek and are filling a gap in the market for a true community station that puts the community first.

We aim to get involved with local projects, help new local projects start, promote local clubs and groups and so much more….

At Leek Radio we are a fully transparent and open radio station. We are happy to discuss our business intentions with anyone who is interested in finding out or learning more. We don’t bite, so feel free to contact us.

We know that volunteers will be the lifeblood of the business and we endeavour to treat everyone with the utmost respect and support that they deserve, whether you join us to help grow the project for the community or simply support us by listening.

We are working hard to become an engine for change, inclusivity and togetherness whilst offering individuals a chance to build self-confidence, future skills, and the opportunity to become involved with a dedicated team with the community interests at heart.
